As the location is a youth hostel, we can provide accommodation directly at the convention! You can book your room together with the con-ticket, choosing the Con-package suitable for you.

If you are not planning to stay overnight or you were too late and all our rooms are booked out, you can look for accommodation e.g. on the following websites:

Bookings for 2025 are not possible yet!

We decided to keep the prices from 2020 visible so you get an impression, however we expect them to be higher by 2025, because the hostel needs to adapt their pricing every time – and so do we.

Facilities

A youth hostel is not a hotel. This means in detail:

• There are no towels in your room.
• There is no room cleaning during your stay.
• Bed sheets have to be put on by yourself. Bedding is included in the price.
• Bed sheets have to be removed and the trash bin has to be emptied before you check-out.

Please not that our helpers will check you room before you leave! Please calculate with some extra time for this procedure.

Deposit for the key

We request a deposit of 10€ (cash only!) for every key given out to you during check-in. Therefore please bring some cash when you check in!

Mealtimes

Breakfast: 07:30 am – 10:00 am
Lunch: 01:30 pm – 02:30 pm
Dinner: 06:30 pm – 07:30 pm

Changes may occur. The actual mealtimes will be announced two months before the convention.
There will be options for vegetarians and for lactose intolerance. All allergens you can also check with the kitchen team.
