Dear visitors,
since the last YaYuCo, the expenses for organising the convention have unfortunately been rising steadily. The room prices of the Youth Hostel have been raised by 6€ in comparison to 2018 as well.
Due to that, we sadly can’t avoid adapting the prices for the tickets and the convention packages accordingly.
While the day tickets and 3 day-tickets will only rise by 1€ and 3€, respectively, this leads to a price increase by 8€ for con package 2 and 15€ for con package 1.
We are really sorry about this, but as our overall budget is tight anyhow, we are sadly unable to brace these costs and hope you understand this!
Con package 1 – includes accomodation from Friday to Sunday with breakfast and dinner
105€ early bird / 109€ normal (no box office)
Con package 2a & 2b – includes accomodation from Friday to Saturday or Saturday to Sunday with breakfast and dinner
71€ normal (no early bird, no box office)
Room upgrades will also rise by 1€, i.e.
5€ for a 4 person room with own bathroom and
9€ for a 2 person room with own bathroom (per night and per person)
3 day-ticket 29€ early bird / 33€ normal (no box office)
Friday 10€ early bird / 11€ normal / 12€ box office
Vampire ball tickets 5€ (only in combination with Friday ticket, 3 day-ticket, or con package 1 and 2a; only advance booking; limited to 50 tickets)
Saturday 15€ early bird / 16€ normal / 17€ box office
Sunday 10€ early bird / 11€ normal / 12€ box office
Food vouchers
– lunch 7€ (buffet with salad, main course, side dishes, fruits, drinks, and dessert)
– dinner 8€ (buffet with salad, main course, side dishes, fruits, drinks, and dessert)
Cake, coffee, hot chocolate and tea during the pyjama party will of course stay free of charge for all guests
