Dear visitors, artists, and merchants,
we hope that all of you are healthy and doing fine despite this difficult situation. 2020 was a hard year for all of us, and we are glad to see how the community sticks together.
Unfortunately, there is still no planning reliability for conventions. Therefore, after much consideration, we have decided to cancel the YaYuCo 2021 as well.
This decision has been even harder than last year, but we are convinced that we are doing the right thing. Although there is hope that most people will be fully vaccinated before November, there is still doubt that this will restore “normality”. As there simply is no option to implement working hygiene and safety measures in our location – as we are simply lacking the space for offering the necessary distance – we do need this “normalcy” for the YaYuCo to take place at all.
We will use the additional time for planning of an online program that is supposed to start within the next few months. And there will be an online “light” version of the YaYuCo from November 5th to 7th (when the original convention should have taken place). We will provide more details as soon as possible.
And of course we are also working on the next in-person YaYuCo!

We will let you know in time about the new booking and application deadlines for next year. All vouchers and tickets will of course keep their validity!
